CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT

Arrowspike
Arrowspike is another event that we hold in the Fall to contribute to literacy efforts. This is a fun filled day of a volleyball tournament in which Greek community members participate. The best part is, Pi Phis are the coaches and compete to lead our team to victory! The tournament serves as a friendly and fun competition and it is a great way to not only raise money but to raise awareness for our cause!  Our sisters truly enjoy Arrowspike and are happy to get others involved. Aside from contributing to our philanthropy, Arrowspike also promotes Greek unity on campus!

Pie a Pie Phi
Pie a Pi Phi is a day where our chapter is able to spread awareness about illiteracy. Chapter members raise money for our literacy fund by charging $3 to patrons who want to Pie a Pi Phi in the face! It is a fun and exciting way to share our philanthropy with our community. This is a day all of our chapter members look forward to as well as the rest of campus.

Greek Week

Greek Week consists of raising money through Money Wars, participating in events such as a Keynote Speaker, Family Feud games, playing in corn hole tournaments, and creating a dance routine at the end of the week called, "Putting on the Hits".  All of the money goes to one specific philanthropy and this past year, we raised over $8,000 for YWCA Dayton! It is such as fun week to get the entire Fraternity and Sorority community to get involved and raise money for a great cause!

Lemonade for Literacy

Lemonade for Literacy is a day during September which is also Read Lead Achieve month in where we educate our campus community about literacy. Cups of Lemonade are passed out along with national and local literacy facts.
